    General Product Description

    SSAB Laser® DC03 is an advanced structural cold forming steel for laser cutting. The SSAB guarantee for flatness, both before and after laser cutting, is ≤ 3 mm/m deviation.

    SSAB Laser® DC03 meets and exceeds the requirements of DC03 in EN 10130. Dual certification is available upon request.

            The mechanical properties are tested in the transverse direction.

            1) When the thickness is less than or equal to 0.7 mm, the minimum value for elongation is reduced by 2 units.

                Thickness

                SSAB Laser® DC03 is delivered with thickness tolerances corresponding to 1/2 EN 10131.

                Width

                SSAB Laser® DC03 is delivered with width tolerances in accordance to EN 10131. Tighter tolerances are available upon request.

                Length

                SSAB Laser® DC03 is delivered with length tolerances in accordance to EN 10131. Tighter tolerances are available upon request.

                Flatness

                ≤ 3 mm/m flatness deviation for both delivery condition and laser cut parts.

                Delivery Conditions

                SSAB Laser DC03 is delivered in cold rolled condition as sheets.

                Fabrication and Other Recommendations

                SSAB Laser®DC03 offers ideal laser cutting, cold forming and welding performance.
